Refund policy

If Copy for AI Pro is not what you hoped for, you can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.

How to request a refund

Open the receipt that Paddle emailed you and use the link in it, or visit paddle.net and enter your order details. You can also write to [email protected] from the email address you used at checkout and we will take care of it.

After a refund

The Pro licence for that purchase stops working. The free version of the extension keeps working.

Orders are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, which also handles refunds. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
